You can change the email account that your blog is associated with. For that you have to add new gmail account to your blog, make it admin and then remove the old account from your blog.
Note: You can only move your blog between gmail accounts and first you have to create a blogger profile, if you haven't already created, on the new gmail on which you want to move your blog to.

1. Login to your blogger account and choose the blog which you want to transfer.
2. Click Settings and go to Basic tab.
3. Under Permission section, click Add authors and invite the new account to which you want to move your blog.
4. Now logout from this account and login to blogger using the invited account and accept the invitation.
5. Now logout from this account and again login to blogger using the old account.
6. Go to the Settings > Basic and make the new account as admin and remove the old admin by pressing X next to old admin.
Now the blog is moved to another account.
